Loading ...Splashup is an online image processing app. In addition to supporting JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF and multiple images, it comes with layer and even some common filter effects, which are impressing features that we know of in an online application.
It is Flash-based that functions like PhotoShop. But to our surprise, it performs fast and efficiently, good alternative when PhotoShop is not at hand.
