LocalCooling：Another PC Energy Saving Utility
LocalCooling is a Windows utility that can help you configure power saving settings on Vista and XP OS.
Frankly speaking, it doesn’t add any extra setting options that you used to find in Control Panel, but LocalCooling does provide one nifty feature that Microsoft doesn’t include—figure out your PC power consumption before and after adjusting the power settings. Besides, the interface of LocalCooling is also very compelling.
You can also have fun with LocalCooling energy saving competition. As long as you create an account, the program would go on tracking your energy saving and list it on a ranking chart against other users on its website. Or create teams to compete against other groups of LocalCooling
