NetSetMan - Idea Utility for IP Address Switch
NetSetMan is an idea utility for IP address switch, which comes with detailed settings and user-friendly interface. 
After trying out some IP address change apps, I decided to recommend NetSetMan finally.
In addition to Local IP, DNS settings, NetSetMan also adds many extra options such as Computer Name, DNS Domain, Work Group, Printer and Foot Script.
