Poweroff-Powerful shutdown tool with LAN support
Poweroff is a small program to schedule a shutdown, reboot, logoff, poweroff, Standby, Hibernate or Lock/Wake-On-LAN on the local machine or a remote machine on the LAN. It also supports command line options that allows power-off to be used in batch scripts. The program comes with a built-in scheduler and allows you to run another application before performing the action. In addition, you send warning messages to any use that is logged on, wait for a process to finish, remote control the program and more. PowerOff can optionally run in the system tray.

When necessary to shutdown more than one computer at once it may be very useful RSHUT PRO utility - rshut. It also can wake up remote computers with Wake-On-LAN.
